GUIDELINES – ORAL PRESENTATION

The time allocated for oral presentation is limited to 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A).
Kindly ensure that your presentation duration does not exceed 15 minutes. The presentation schedule will be strictly enforced by the Chairperson.
We would really appreciate if you could adhere strictly to the allocated time.
Speakers should upload their presentations to the venue PC at least 10 minutes in advance of their corresponding sessions.
Speakers are asked to verify that all necessary presentation materials are in place and tested at the venue before the session begins.

GUIDELINES – POSTER PRESENTATION

Size – Should be A1 size (59.4cm (W) X 84.1 cm (H)) and preferably of light material.
Fonts – Use contrast colours for text and background.
Poster Layout - Portrait
Suitable and readable font types.
Illustrations – Include visual materials (photographs/figure, charts, maps, graphs, etc.)
Stationeries for putting up posters will be provided
Time for putting up and removal of posters is as follows:

9 April : 08:30 AM (Putting up of poster)

10 April : 12:00 PM (Removal of poster)

8. Judging time is scheduled on 9th April 2019 (2.00 PM – 2.30 PM; 4.30 PM – 5.00 PM) and all poster presenters (Postgraduate students only) must be ready to present.

*Postgraduate Student Awards for best oral and poster presenters will be announced during the Closing Ceremony.
